Use of the Barbecue:

The use of the barbecue may be limited or prohibited according to municipal ordinances, especially during the summer months, due to fire risk



Persons on the property:

· The house is rented in its entirety for the exclusive use of guests.

· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of persons indicated in the property details, including adults and children.

· The property can only accommodate the number of persons in the booking and there cannot be more persons staying/visiting at the same time on the property.



Check-in:

· The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years old.



Damage deposit of 500 euros to be paid upon arrival.

For groups under 25 years old, the damage deposit is 1000 euros.

Payment can be made by blocking a bank card or in cash.

In the event of payment in cash, they must provide an IBAN number to enable refund by bank transfer. Under no circumstances will the refund be made in cash on the day of check-out.



- No refund or economic compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow its management in the shortest possible time.



· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted.

. Key collection takes place at the accommodation between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM



· Failure to arrive on the check-in day will result in no refund of the booking.



· Tourist tax payment mandatory: Price 1.75€ per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.



Cleaning:

. The house must be properly tidied up, dishes cleaned, and rubbish deposited in the street bins before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.



IMPORTANT:

In properties that accept pets, the owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.



Keys:

· Loss of property keys:

Price of £100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.

· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith's tariff, to be paid on-site to the technician.



RULES:

· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.



· No parties or celebrations are allowed on the property.

In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours or the police being called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must leave the accommodation immediately.



· No pets are allowed



· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.



. Prohibited to light candles or any other type of objects that may cause a fire in the dwelling.



. No beach towels are provided.
