Modern and cosy apartment, at the 1st floor (with a lift) on Paseo Colón street, right in the trendy neighborhood of Gros. The area is quiet and safe and the apartment is only 5min walking distance to the famous La Concha beach. It is the perfect starting point for you to discover all areas of the city.
Only 3 minutes walking distance you will find the Cathedral of Buen Pastor as well as the exclusive commercial area, artisanal bakeries and many cafes and pintxo bars.

At the apartment you will find a sunny and modern living room wich guids you to a couple of double rooms. There is also a dining area with a capacity to host 4 people and also a kitchen provided with everything you need for you to feel at home from the very first moment.
