Both are located on the first floor without a lift, guaranteeing privacy and tranquillity, and have all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay, from kitchen to laundry.



On the other hand, the apartment in Alhaurín el Grande offers 2 bedrooms with capacity for 4 people in 115 m² that are very cosy and spacious. It is located in the urban centre, in an ideal area for children, and close to supermarkets, restaurants and public transport. In addition, it has quick access to numerous points of interest such as golf courses, water parks, beaches and nearby cities like Fuengirola, Marbella and Málaga. It has a terrace, balcony, air conditioning and heating, as well as wifi connection, washing machine, iron and two televisions. The American kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher and small appliances to facilitate your day to day.
