The property has a private pool and a covered porch with outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing in the sun or enjoying a good book The house has a living-dining room with air conditioning and Smart-TV, as well as a sofa bed for an extra person, ideal if three people are travelling and prefer not to use the attic with access via a wooden ladder. The indoor open-plan kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your meals, complemented by an outdoor kitchen under shade for outdoor lunches



The main bedroom, also with air conditioning, offers a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe for your belongings. The bathroom has a shower tray and the accommodation has Wi-Fi connection to keep you connected. The entire plot is fenced for greater privacy and security, and a barbecue and outdoor parking are included within the same building



The access road is not paved, with irregular sections that may not be suitable for low-profile sports cars; we advise you to consult with the agency if this is your case. Located 2 km from the Los Cabales restaurant and just 7 km from the centre of Alhaurín el Grande, this house offers a strategic point to explore everything from nearby golf courses to beaches and water parks on the Costa del Sol, such as Aqualand Torremolinos and Aquamijas, all within 30 km
