At 800 meters from the sandy beach accessible by road but also by a pathway in the park. Near oyster huts, Aquarium, cinema, Old Port of La Rochelle ...

Living area with 1 double bed with storage deck + 1 sofa bed 2 places + TV + desk + dresser. No separate bedroom.

superbes vacances et accueil plus que parfait
Nous avons séjourné 1semaine à la Rochelle et nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances. Le quartier des
Minimes est superbe, calme et à 15 minutes à peine à pieds de tous les commerces. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et le studio était parfait pour nous 4. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.
