On the ground level, you will find a dining room equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. The open kitchen is fully functional, featuring 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.

The property is well-equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. Air conditioning is available to keep you cool during warmer days.
