The villa has been refurbished and decorated to a very high Scandinavian standard. It is bright, spacious, and equipped with all the luxury you may seek on your holiday.



Built on a double plot, the villa has an amazing sense of space and privacy and so many different areas and things to do. Whether you will be cooking up a good meal in the outdoor kitchen, playing volleyball on the sand court, exercising in the gym, playing a game of ping pong or basketball with the kids, practising your putting, or taking a nap in the hammock, or enjoying a plunge in the beautiful private swimming pool; This villa has it all for the whole family to enjoy! The pool has an option to heat in the winter months (at an additional cost).



On the ground floor, you can find 3 double bedrooms which are all en-suite, as well as the living room and kitchen. The living room is bright and south-facing and overlooks the beautiful garden and pool area. It opens up directly to a covered terrace which is the perfect place for morning breakfasts and late evening al fresco dining. The kitchen has a double-height ceiling and is a true work of art for those who enjoy the art of cooking. It is bright, spacious, and equipped with all the finest appliances. From the kitchen, you can walk directly out to the garden and outdoor kitchen and BBQ area.



On the top floor, you will find two more bedrooms, both with their own en-suite bathrooms. One of these is the master bedroom which is very large and features a fireplace, private terrace, and amazing sea views. It is a spectacular room with beautiful views.



The location of the villa is close to amenities, yet peaceful and quiet, so you get the best of both worlds. It is only a short drive from some of the best beaches along the Costa del Sol. Make the 5-minute trip to San Pedro for a relaxed afternoon on the golden sand beaches, or the 10-minute drive to Puerto Banús to stroll the boardwalk and play in the warm, shallow water. There is a golf course just a few hundred meters away, and all amenities like supermarkets and restaurants are just a little over a kilometer away.



Please note, from April to October there is a strict Saturday-Saturday, minimum 1-week booking policy.



Please note that we welcome families and couples only, no groups under 30, and no hen or stag parties. Should you fall outside of this category but wish to book nonetheless, please send us an enquiry detailing a bit more about yourself and the group that you will be travelling with so we can request this for you.
