Fully equipped kitchen leading into the lounge area and dining table (seating for 4 guests). Sofa is a sofa bed for 2 guests.
There is also a garden with a patio and grass area.

Bedroom 1 - Double bed with wardrobe and chest of drawer storage.
Bedroom 2 - Double bed with wardrobe storage
Bathroom - shower over bath with hand basin and toilet
Guests are able to access the whole property, check-in is completed using a key safe, details are provided to the guest at 9am on the day of arrival.
Please be advised that any unapproved late check-out or early check-in will incur charges due to the disruption caused to our cleaning schedule.
As an agency we will require the primary guest to electronically sign a pre-check-in form, which includes the rental agreement. This procedure ensures a streamlined check-in process and acknowledges the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. Your cooperation in completing this form is greatly appreciated.
Unfortunately this property is unable to accept pets.
