For shared use: park 2 ha, well-kept garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool heated, fenced (12 x 6 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). In the complex: parking on the premises. Grocery 1.8 km, supermarket 700 m, restaurant 3 km, bakery 700 m, sandy beach "Sept Iles" 3.5 km, thermal baths "Thalazur Carnac". Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Reserved parking. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Daily cleaning and change of linen possible on request and at extra cost. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
