On the lower ground floor, the villa accommodates 3 bedrooms, each with its own private shower room and WC, and each opening directly onto the terrace. The first bedroom features a dressing room and a double bed. The second bedroom is appointed with a double bed. The third bedroom also includes a dressing room and a double bed. The villa thus offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total, ensuring privacy and comfort for every guest.
