The living and dining area is bright and elegantly appointed, providing a welcoming space for relaxation, and also opens onto the terrace. The open kitchen is fitted with a bar and comes fully equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Please note that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are not included. The bathroom features a shower and a separate WC. The apartment also benefits from a private terrace of 15 m2, furnished with terrace furniture and offering marvellous views of the sea, the mountains, the valley, and the surrounding countryside.
