The fully equipped open kitchen on this level features an oven, a dishwasher, 1 induction hot plate, 3 gas rings, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The ground floor also hosts 2 bedrooms: one room fitted with a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and a second room with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor layout. On the upper floor, a third bedroom features another French bed of 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a kitchenette with 2 hot plates and a bathroom with both a bath and a shower. The upper floor also opens onto a 30 square metre terrace furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs.
