The charming Villa Mirabella will be the perfect home away from home for a family seeking a relaxing and luxurious holiday in Dalmatia. Villa Maribella is located in the small village of Smoković in the municipality of Zemunik where you will be able to unwind in a peaceful environment full of lush Mediterranean nature.Villa Mirabella InteriorThe 3000 m2 Villa Mirabella with an indoor area of 65 m2 offers accommodation to 6 guests in two beautifully decorated bedrooms, one furnished with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can be brought together if necessary. Additionally, Villa Mirabella has two bathrooms, of which one has a shower, while the other has a bathtub. The bathroom with a bathtub has a washing machine in addition to all other bathroom essentials such as a hairdryer, towels, etc. The fully equipped kitchen will be ideal for cooking delicious meals for loved ones which can be enjoyed in the dining area for 6 people. Adjacent to the dining area is the cozy and chic living room with a sofa bed where two guests can sleep and a flat-screen TV. The entertainment offered by Villa Mirabella includes table tennis, darts, and PlayStation 4, providing entertainment for every age group. Furthermore, guests will be able to use fresh organic ingredients which they can pluck from the vegetable garden and the orchard of Villa Mirabella. Guests are ensured full privacy during their stay at the villa since the entire property is fully fenced. Guests arriving by car will have private parking spaces at their disposal.Villa Mirabella SurroundingsThe location of Villa Mirabella is perfect for the exploration of the Zadar county, while still enjoying the peace and quiet of a Dalmatian village and the proximity to the Airport of Zadar (5 km). Those who are interested in exploring the Croatian cultural and historic heritage have to visit the region´s center Zadar (13 km) which abounds in museums, restaurants with traditional Dalmatian cuisine, historic monuments, and modern attractions such as the Sea Organ and the Greetings to the Sun where some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world occur, as well as the first royal town of Croatia – Nin (20 km). Speaking of Nin, the Nin Lagoon is very unique since it consists of 6 sandy beaches which is a rarity in Croatia. Nature lovers will want to go on a one-day excursion to the nearby islands of Pag (50 km), Ugljan (30 km), Dugi Otok (60 km), or Vir (32 km) which can be accessed by a bridge that connects Vir with the mainland. Furthermore, four national parks (NP Kornati, NP Krka Waterfalls, NP Plitvice Lakes, and NP Paklenica) and two nature parks (Telašćica, Velebit) are in the vicinity of Villa Mirabella.

Glorious residence!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, das Häuschen war sehr schön und man konnte sich sehr gut erholen. Auch mit Hund TOP, da ein großer Garten vorhanden ist.
