The easygoing neighborhood of Areeiro is ideal for students, families, and young professionals. With its plethora of casual cafes and restaurants like A Sesimbrense or Fraga, there’s always something unique to eat. Plus, residents can take a break in the fresh air at Fernando Pessa Garden, a local green space featuring cobblestone paths and shaded benches. It’s the perfect place for an afternoon of reading or soaking up the sunshine. Areeiro is a stop on the railway line and the green Metro line, so it’s easy to get here and explore the surrounding area.

A security deposit of €2690 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.
