Terrible

We got a different room than we have booked. The one we've got was dirty and disgusting. Two flies were dead in the shower, the shower itself was very dirty. The bedsheets weren't even changed and the windows looked like they weren't cleaned in a year. When we asked for our actually room the renter would us we should wait untill tomorrow. We stayed a little it turned really cold and freezing, caused by the window that we couldn't close because it was damaged. Wouldnt recommend to anyone staying here for a night. It's a total scam !

Schmutzig und verwahrlost

Wir erhielten eine andere Wohnung als gebucht. Die Wohnung war schmutzig und verwahrlost. Im Bad ist schwarzer Schimmel. Überall Wasserflecken an den Wänden und Decken. Der Fernseher ist kaputt.

Scam DO NOT BOOK

Host did not send checkin information until 15 minutes prior to checkin time. Followed instructions and no key available. After numerous attempts to contact host said he would be there in 30 minutes. He shows up 3 hours later. Place is disgusting and filthy. Black mold on walls and fixtures. Locks didn’t work. He moved us to flat next door. Locks worked on that place but it was in horrible filthy condition. We had no where to go late at night so we stayed one night. Left the next morning. We are trying to get refund for remaining 6 days we paid for. This place was totally miss represented. VRBO is not much help. This host has several listings on VRBO and all reviews are similar to mine. Host is Sina. Should not be allowed to list. All properties from this host should be removed to protect customers.

catastrophique

Il est déplorable de proposer des appartements dans cet état là, un appartement sale qui ne correspond pas du tout à l' offre, qui est a la limite de l'insalubrité aucun entretien. Le contact avec le propriétaire était compliqué avec une attente devant la porte pour avoir accès à l'appartement. On nous a fait visiter 3 appartement tous insalubres, dont 2 qui étaient déjà occupé par des clients. Par dépit, nous avons accepté le dernier a défaut de se retrouver à la rue. Nous avons contacté Abritel par téléphone le jour même afin de réclamer, mais sans suite. J'envisage de déclencher une procédure judiciaire afin de demander réparation, je dispose de photos pour preuves. Je demande le remboursement de cette location.
