Thankyou for your feedback you did not report any unclean dishes during your stay, guest made a booking and then wanted to cancel not understanding there was a cancellation policy which he signed up to but did not want to be held to , he then tried to change his dates but because of other bookings already in place there was limited options - but we tried - in the end I refunded the guest for 2 nights and we moved a 5 night booking to a 3 night booking and he still claims nobody worked with him, Humm it was a case of everybody did what they could but because the guest did not exactly what he wanted when he demanded it due to his mistake he blames the host ! The guest could have made a claim on his insurance policy had he bought one !

Thankyou for your review , our properties are cleaned by a professional company at the end of each rental to a high standard , We provide toiletries , shampoo, shower gel and soaps , we don’t provide food stuffs or tea / coffee those items are up to the guest to provide to suit their requirements during your stay ! Thanks for your review , we have never had any negative comment about the mattress before and we host lots of people I think it’s a very personal thing different people like different levels of hard / soft etc , it’s a super king size bed so plenty of room to get cozy - thanks for the review

Dear Jessica , We are sorry that you made some negative comments none of this was communicated in real time during your stay so limited to what can be done , we provide 3 hand towels and 3 bath towels for all stays , I checked with housekeeping and they were present , if housekeeping missed an empty tissue box and make up from a previous guest we apologise - also it had been raining a lot and sometimes the terrace gets lots of leaves from the street , thanks

The guest wanted to Checkin early but did not want to pay the early Checkin fee , this has resulted in the guest lying about certain aspects of their stay , no food debris was reported during their stay the property is cleaned by a professional company and nothing was reported , the host of positive comments on this site is a clear indication of the excellent product we offer notwithstanding this one guest who has sour grapes which relates to her own issues - thanks Ronan

Dear Kaitlyn thanks for your feedback , we have never had this mentioned ever before that said these are Victorian buildings in central london so there is going to be a degree of internal foot noise , having stayed there myself it’s never something that I noticed or bothered me , sorry that you had that issue as I said it’s never been mentioned before regards Ronan

Dear Richard we are sorry you felt the bed was hard ,as you can see in reviews before you people actually comment how comfortable the bed is - so you must be used to a very soft bed and it’s subjective - We installed a new mattress topper and have had no issues as outlined with other guests , the apartment has recently been upgraded and most of the furniture is new including sofa , although we have some antique furniture to add to the style which I think you refer to as ‘old’ We provide photos of the space so you can see exactly the bathroom so we are sorry you did not have enough space to place your items , during your stay you stated that everything was great !

Dear Guest Thankyou for your review , none of your issues were mentioned during your stay which is strange , the guest who stayed after you had a very different experience, we deliver a great product at a reasonable price as most of the reviews pertain but I guess we can’t please everyone all of the time , for future reference it’s usually more beneficial to communicate in real time so things could be addressed rather than saying nothing until after the fact and you have left the property.

Guest booked a property without air conditioning and then complained about there Being no air conditioning which is normal in period London properties , and was rude on arrival due to the fact we could not offer her an early Checkin the guest has completely exaggerated her experience and refused to communicate to 7 emails , previous guests just before this lady reported very different experience of 5 stars , the guest was offered to move to another property and get a refund and declined she appears to have an unrealistic expectation for what she can afford meets her expectations.
