We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Nice place

Overall, very nice place. Quiet street and the property managers are very communicative. After checking-in noticed there was very little toilet paper. We had to purchase our own.

Inside excellent/exterior and check-in process were not great.

This property appears to be managed by a company that complicated the typical VRBO rental process. We asked permission ahead of our stay via the VRBO app to drop off luggage before the check in time. Staff approved this however, failed to communicate any other details about the check in process. They told us we could drop luggage off at 11am and come back to use the rental after 4pm. On the day of check-in, we spent over an hour ahead of time trying to reach staff to obtain rental access details before deciding to just go to the property with our luggage at 11am. When we arrived, we were met with a locked building.The property is on the 2nd floor of a gated building without a lift. There was a soiled mattress and multiple full dumpsters at the entry door that remained there for the first several days of our stay. After multiple phone calls and several minutes on hold waiting outside the rental, we were informed that we would have to go 40 minutes from the property location to a random business to access the property key. Once we finally got the key and got inside, the interior of the house was generally excellent and as depicted in the photos. There appeared to be several new updates to the rental including excellent beds, new carpet, and good water pressure in the shower; however, there was substantial mold in the shower from a lack of ventilation. We had intermittent absences of hot water and lost hot water completely for the last 24 hours of our stay.

Excellent property within sight of the London Eye

Excellent quaint two story flat with three bedrooms, plenty of baths and toilets. Furnishings are new and in great condition. A great choice for families with children. Located near both Underground and bus stops, you can access central London with ease. Street level parking is available, and the instructions for check-in are clear and precise. I would stay here again next season.

Weekend trip London

I would highly recommend this place as its so central. A very short walk to get to Bakerloo & Northern lines. Place was clean and comfortable. Only thing was we could not work the heat, it appears it was turned off, so this should be fixed for future guests. Akim from City Relay was extermely helpful, very responsive and accomadating ..
