Come stay in our beautiful "Citrus Heights Urban Oasis" for two! Relaxing & comfortable. Quaint Citrus Heights home near I-80 (1.8 miles) & Hwy 50 (10 miles). Centrally located from Roseville (5.4 miles), Folsom (6.9 miles), & Downtown Sacramento (12 miles). Modern decor. Well maintained and kept. Home resides in a safe and quiet neighborhood and backs up to a greenbelt, which adds to its charm. Sit on the relaxing back patio, sip a glass of wine, or have a cup of coffee and read your favorite book!
Bedroom: Standard 10'x12' room. Shared bathroom. Use of kitchen, laundry room, and other living areas, as needed. Mini fridge and coffee maker in the room, as well as, TV and Wifi. Closet space is usable for clothing. Bedroom has a key lock for guests security and comfort while staying with other VRBO guests. Additional room "Beachside Retreat", also, available in the home for a total of 4 people (2 ppl per room).
-Guests desiring extended stays are welcome.
-Discounts for extended stays are preset and already deducted automatically through VRBO when you inquire about a booking extending more than 30 days. Please do not request an additional discount.
-Hosts (I, my daughter, and spouse), also, reside in home, as well as, an occasional VRBO guest.
-Interaction level is dependent on guest comfort.
-MUST LOVE ANIMALS! We have two large, very friendly dogs that come in contact with our guests. Therefore, no children younger than 12, as a precaution. We, also, have cockatiels (small birds) and four female cats in the home. Rest assured, despite having animals, our home is kept clean and smells clean. The animals are not allowed in the VRBO bedrooms to give our guests their own personal space.
-We do our best to keep the foot traffic of our home down. However, this is a lived in home. Therefore, there may be rare times when heavier foot traffic occurs (such as preparation for family vacations or entertaining family/friends).
-Neighborhood parking is standard residential parking in front of our home.
-No cannabis, no vaping, no smoking, no excessive alcohol consumption, and no recreational drug use of any kind.
-Above all, communicate with us! I am a very open, laid back, easy to communicate with person that highly appreciates feedback! If there is ANYTHING we can change within our control (room temperature, animal exposure, noise level, household needs, etc) we will do so!
