Perfect home for our family and friends. With whitewater rafting so close by and a perfect swimming pool to dip in, we had a very fun weekend. Hostess very responsive and nice.

A lovely home and gathering place for my family this past weekend. Centrally located, well appointed, with great backyard space. My grands loved the pool; and all enjoyed the billiards and putting green!Thank you, Eve, for being such a wonderful host! Awesome amenities - outdoor fun, toiletries, an amazingly stocked kitchen, indoor entertainment, and more. Your lovely home really did invite us to stay awhile… we all hope longer next time!

We absolutely loved our stay. It was the perfect space to welcome my son home from his recent deployment. There was something to do for every one. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in the area again.

The property was exactly as listed - this house had EVERYTHING! Eve was an amazing host... she even came over and extracted a wasp nest from the umbrella over the pool so we could swim. We plan on staying here again, 10/10!

Outstanding home and hosts!

We LOVED our stay! House was awesome, organized, and so wonderful for a group of friends. Host communication was phenomenal. Super grateful for their hospitality. Cannot recommend this place high enough, we’ll be back any time we come to the Sacramento area for an event!

Great place to stay!

The place was very lovely and clean. It is well stocked with sheets, towels, blankets and even some snacks and coffee. Eve was a great host and was always helpful in answering my many questions. The backyard is very cute. We were here for a team tennis event and we all wished we had more time to use all of the amenities. We definitely would stay here again!

The perfect stay

We came out to visit family and were looking for a place that would comfortably fit all of us for family dinners and activities, and this house was perfect! So much to do with having a pool, putt putt, and pool table for us to enjoy together. Upon arrival we noticed all the little things that were already stocked for us which was a nice touch. We will definitely book here again!

What a perfect getaway

Thank you so much to Eve. She was very attentive to any of our needs and the house was perfect for our family. Great backyard and the kids had a blast in the pool and on the putting green. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area. Tnanks again!

What a Gem!

This place offers so much for the whole family. It’s clean and comfortable and well-appointed! The pool was so much fun for our whole family. We loved playing pool and the games available. We also thoroughly enjoyed the grill and patio area!! Evelyn was fantastic to work with every step of the way. Thank you so much for an incredible stay!

Yes I would go again!

This home was super clean, spacious and all the small things were thought of. The Property Manager was easy to reach and present when needed. (Pool needed some care due to the ash)

Good experience with this rental. We were in CA visiting our family in Roseville. Great location for our stay. The house was well equipped and included the extras, including snacks, coffee, tea and all necessary kitchen supplies. Plenty of towels and linens. Eve was very responsive to any inquires and the welcome binder was most helpful with house instructions and local restaurant and shopping references. This rental met all our family vacation needs. Thank you, Eve!

Housed 10 people comfortably!

An absolute gem! Host was quick with responses and very kind. We had a quite large group but it worked out perfectly. We went with this place for the pool outside but ended up using the pool table inside the whole time. Our favorite part was just house welcoming the place felt. From the décor to the welcome message as you get in. Just in love with how "home away from home" it felt. If I could give this place 50/5 stars I would, because everyone LOVED IT. Would absolutely stay again. (A little tip if you stay here. Check every nook & cranny! There are games, toys, snacks, tools, spices and everything you could possibly need.)

Well-stocked and Comfortable

We all had a fun and relaxing time at this property. We were 2 families, party of 8, and the house was plenty spacious. We’ve stayed at many vacation rentals, and this one ranks very high in terms of thoughtful touches for guests (forgot your toothbrush and toothpaste? Snacks for the kids? Coffee? It’s got you covered!) Host was very responsive and thoughtful. Comfortable beds and bedding, large quiet yard with pool for kids, with adjacent school yard behind for more room to play. We arrived on a near 100 degree day and our only downside was bedrooms needing fans to be comfortable. The rest of the house was fine. The adults loved the outdoor bar/dining/ entertainment area.

Just Perfect!

We stayed as a family of 5, including two teens and an adult child. This house is perfect! Fully stocked to be able to cook and enjoy your stay. Back yard is so fun!

Perfect house for a family

The home was well equipped with everything you need for a weekend getaway. My kids enjoyed the pool, board games and pool table. It was very spacious and perfect for families.

My family and I are outdoor people. We love skiing in the wintertime and hiking, paddle boarding and boating in the summer. We love to travel and experience cultures and history of the world. Still have lots of places on our never-ending bucket list! We have a passion for food and cooking. My Husband is the BBQ and smoke pit master and I cover the oven with baking and desserts. Life is an adventure and we live by that! We currently live in Citrus Heights and love the location because of the proximity to all our favorite outdoor activities but no shortage of art, history or sporting events and shopping along with all which Sacramento has to offer.

We have owned and loved this home for the last 15 years. It just went through an extensive remodel and has been brand new furnished with our new adventure of hosting guests in mind. We are excited to welcome you and your family. Summer or Winter, this home has so much to offer. Come and check it out!

Our favorite area in our home is the back deck. This home is located directly behind an elementary school. During the week you hear child's laughter during PE and recess, and on the weekend you can take your own kids to the playground, play soccer or baseball. The lots are large and even though you are in the city, it feels more like the country. The huge trees, the birds, turkeys, peacocks, you might even see horses and goats around!
