Welcome to Ponente Garden and Ponente Balcony , two independent apartments located on the ground floor and first floor, respectively, offering a bright and comfortable stay in the picturesque town of Gravedona on Lake Como.
Gravedona , nestled between the majestic Alps and the crystal-clear waters of Lake Como, is renowned for its natural beauty and rich historical and cultural heritage. Visitors can explore the charming cobbled streets of the historic center, admire the magnificent Church of Santa Maria del Tiglio , and enjoy the delights of local cuisine in the many restaurants and cafes along the lakeside. Gravedona offers numerous outdoor activities, including hiking, strolling along the lakeside promenade, water sports such as sailing, windsurfing, and kayaking, as well as the opportunity to swim in the lake's clean, clear waters.
The kitchens in both apartments are fully equipped with utensils, dishes, cookware, and appliances, including an oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer, allowing you to comfortably prepare meals during your stay. The sleeping areas include three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with bunk beds, and one with a mix of double beds and bunk beds, offering flexible accommodation for groups of various sizes. Both apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi , heating , and a dedicated smart working area , ideal for those needing to work during their stay. Private parking is also provided.
The apartments are entirely at your disposal, and every detail has been carefully considered to offer you a clean and comfortable environment, whether you're traveling for work or visiting as a tourist. The two apartments can also be connected via an internal staircase, making it ideal for larger groups. Treat them as your own home – you are most welcome!
