Casa Pimpa, a Unique and Romantic Chalet Between Monferrato, Langhe, and Roero

Entire exclusive cottage in the hills of the Asti Monferrato 30 minutes from Turin, 20 minutes from Alba: art, nature, relaxation. 65 mq with independent garden in a large park with orchard. For 4 persons. Ground floor: living room, with smart tv 24 inch, kitchen with breakfast and a meal , sofa bed (bed, cm 200x200x18), bathroom. First floor: study, bed (140x210), bathroom, large terrace. We are available to indicate trekking routes between art and nature in Langhe Roero and Monferrato. The historical center of Asti is 3 km away. There are bicycles available.
Casa Pimpa is full of original details and history, secret corners and paths in the garden. There are fruit and ornamental trees, any kind of flowers and shrubs, stone seats and tables, a pergolas, a small biodynamic garden. It's the house I normally live in, so it's furnished in a personal way and tells the story of my family.
The cottage is located within a large property; near the cottage is the main house where I stay when you are guests of Casa Pimpa.
The cottage consists of:
- Indipendent access to a spacious room with sofa bed (2 adult), a kitchen (with dishwasher and various useful appliances, like juicer, microwave, mixer, etc ...)
In the fridge and in the pantry you will find products for breakfast and the essentials for a welcome meal ...and seasonal vegetal
- A wooden staircase leads to the bedroom with double bed, studio corner, a beautiful terrace to the hill and a bathroom with bathtube.
- Shelves with many books and books for children.
