A lovely villa with three bedrooms with the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in and one of the largest pools that we have come across. This was our second visit and we will probably be back again The living room and kitchen desperately need some sort of blinds as they both get very hot in the afternoon

Loved the location of the Villa a short stroll down to the Marina and the number 30 bus stops just outside the Villa complex. The Villa was lovely and clean and Villas Now were very professional and helpful with the couple of queries I had. The pool was fabulous and was a perfect temperature. A really lovely week in Playa Blanca. Highly recommend the Villa and the company.

What a Gem

Stayed in Casa Bill for 2 weeks in March. Place was amazing, clean, welcoming with fanatic views. Pool was maintained regularly and clean. Cleaners came in after a week and respruced the villa. Jayne, the Rep, was very helpful and informative with no intrusion and was contactable any time. Linen curtains in the lounge would be better to take the heat and sunlight out.

Loved the fire pit and outside area. Inside smaller but enough room .beds comfortable plenty of storage. Kitchen well equipped . Service brilliant - love villas now great staff very helpful . The showers were slow draining so we had to deal with overflow .as soon as maintenance came out it was greatly improved . Parking tricky as not much room to manoeuvre if you have a large car - neighbour has bench outside which doesn’t help access to driveway

Despite a few initial issues, all were dealt with straight away to our satisfaction, we had a great holiday at Bill and would love to holiday again there. Perhaps a more thorough check of the electrical items at Bill as to their proper working order.

Stay in a beautiful Villa near Marina Rubicon

The villa is really well appointed, the views are fantastic and an easy walk into the Marina. The pool is large with plenty of sunbathing space outside. We were at the villa for a month and small issues were dealt with promptly by the servicing company. One thing you might look into is the showers. The trays aren’t very deep and as a consequence, the water floods out of the sower onto the side and a little into the main bathroom floor. Mats were soaked each day.

Overall the villa was very good,very clean and high quality.Lots of outside space and lovely pool. We’d like to suggest that there should be more sun protection such as pergolas over the outside dining area and also the fire pit .The ignition on the fire pit was difficult to operate.We had to buy barbecue tools as there was none provided.We think we should have been warned about the work in the street,at times it was very noisy,we know that the owners would have been aware as the Cabildo would have informed them

“A Perfect Family Holiday at Casa Bill – We’ll Be Back!”

Thank you so much for providing such a fantastic place to stay—we had an absolutely wonderful week at Casa Bill. The villa was spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for our family holiday. The pool and surrounding outdoor area were a real highlight, giving us plenty of room to relax and enjoy the Lanzarote sunshine. We made full use of the BBQ—it became a daily ritual! Your support throughout our stay was greatly appreciated. You were always quick to respond and helpful whenever we had any questions, which made everything even more enjoyable and stress-free. Casa Bill had everything we could have needed for a relaxing, comfortable stay, and we truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. We’re already looking at dates for our next visit—we can’t wait to return! One small suggestion would be to consider a more convenient option for using the air conditioning, such as preloading credit or paying at the end of the stay. While it wasn’t a major issue, needing to collect €1 coins was a bit inconvenient at times.

It is possible to pre-load the coin meter before arrivalhave it topped up during your stay if you prefer (only during normal working hours though). Please just ask before arrivingcall when you are in the villa and we can make the appropriate arrangements.

A fantastic villa

This is a fantastic villa with the outdoor space being the jewel in the crown. The patio area is huge with a fantastic heated pool, a great BBQ and a magnificent seating area with a gas fire pit. The interior is very modern and whilst the bedrooms are not huge, they don’t need to be, and there is enough space around the whole villa. The location is about ten minutes walk from the wonderful marina and the promenade and so it is really well placed. Three supermarkets all within 10 minute walk. There were a couple of minor issues when we were (outfield the control of Villas Now but they reacted very swiftly and dealt with the immediately and neither caused any issues. I would highly recommended this villa to either a couple or a family. I’ll certainly be looking to return soon.

Lovely modern villa

The pool is a really good size and lovely and warm. Lots of storage in the bedrooms, beds comfy, kitchen fairly well equipped. Nice big doors to the outside area, which is enormous. Great to get milk, wine, juice, beer and water on arrival. Washing machine very handy! The Villas Now team were great when we said we wanted to extend our holiday. They also arranged the transfers which were seamless. We moved from Casa Nostra (next door) for an additional week, so it's hard not to compare the two. For us Casa Nostra is better. Casa Bill could do with a little TLC in terms of cleaning the sofas and the cushions, also the fire pit button was broken, we did manage to light it once. We didn't have a car, but I think it would be very tight to swing one into, and out of, the parking area. It's still a lovely villa and I would recommend it.

Lovely little villa in a great location. The chlorine level in the pool was too high. Having to shower my 3 year old after his 2nd day in the pool was absolutely awful as he was screaming and crying and his legs were red raw. It was our 2nd to last day by the time everyone had spent enough time in there to really realise what the problem was. Prior to that I just thought my eldest had heat rash and his swim shorts were irritating it. Put a bit of a downer on the end of the holiday as no one could use the pool on our last day and we've all left with varying levels of uncomfortable rashes (the children's being the worst).
