Upon entering the villa, you will find a cozy living room, along with 2 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. The ground floor offers a modern kitchen, 4 additional bedrooms, and 3 more bathrooms, providing ample space for relaxation and leisure.
The interior of Villa Pablo is characterized by its light-filled rooms and authentic Spanish atmosphere. The villa boasts a panoramic view of the urbanization, adding to the overall sense of tranquility. With a built surface of 240 m2 on a 1300 m2 plot, you have plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
Step outside to discover the villa's private swimming pool, located at the back of the property. Accessible via stairs, the pool area is perfect for sunbathing and relaxation.
