Discover a charming 4-bedroom villa located in the serene surroundings of Son Parc. With its welcoming Mediterranean architecture and spacious rooms, this villa offers comfort and style. Enjoy leisure time in the private garden or relax in the spacious interiors adorned with modern comforts. Ideal for quiet retreats or family getaways, this villa promises an enchanting stay amidst the beauty of Menorca.
Family friendly: first cot and hightchair for free. Additional cots and highchairs available for a charge of 5€/night per set
We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.
Son Parc is one of the best tourist areas on the island. It has all the services and entertainment. Restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, shops, bike rental, pharmacy, public transport, etc.
It also has a magnificent golf course that also has a restaurant and tennis courts.
As for the beach, its length is more than 200 meters of fine sand, and its crystalline and shallow waters make it ideal for families with small children.
Just 9km from the coastal town of Fornells, where you can practice all kinds of water sports or rent boats in addition to tasting their famous lobster stews.

500€/900€ (depending of the house) security deposit will be collected and refunded within some days after the stay
All hosts of certified legal tourism rentals in the baleares have the duty to collect the tourism tax from the guests for the government (2,2€ per adult/night with reduced rate after 9th night) this tax is not included in the rental price. Guests are hereby informed that hosts are duly authorized to collect the tourist tax through means external to the platform used to make the reservation.
