The new apartment (December 2013) of about 30 sqm is located upstairs in a quiet environment (Nantes south). Housing wood structure with flat green roof is organized around a patio terrace to provide, in combination with 2 skylights fitted in the roof, the maximum natural light. The views are framed on large branches of two trees nearby. It is even possible to admire the stars lying on the bed The interior spaces are functional and quality (floor heating to enjoy a gentle heat, resin floor). The comfortable equipment is complete.

Le gîte est situé dans un endroit extrêmement calme de Nantes, et au voisinage direct des propriétaires qui sont aux petits soins pour les locataires. Quelques minutes de marche jusqu’aux transports en commun qui sont très fréquents - du coup, la voiture n’a pas bougé pendant notre séjour consacré à la visite de la ville.

Même si on pourrait avoir peur de la distance par rapport au centre ville de Nantes, aucun problème. On y accède en 10 min avec la navette qui passe toutes les 5 à 10 minutes au début de la rue. Cela permet une situation calme. Gite très moderne et très agréable. Propriétaire très connaisseur de sa région et de bons conseils. Bref Parfait

Quiet and well stocked

While the apartment is some distance from Nante center, we were able to ride the #4 express with ease. The apartment is well stocked with dishes, glassware and cooking utensils. The owner lives close by and spoke English well enough for our interactions. It is a nicely designed compact space for two. W enjoyed 3 days in Nantes, a day in Rochefort and a rest at home day. The owner has a good local map of shopping and several travel guides in the. apartment.

Perfect base for splitting time between the muscadet vineyards and the city of Nantes

Just as nice as it looks in the photos, this is a well setup and fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment with washing machine and dishwasher, The Masse's are charming and very helpful owners. The apartment is located on the southern edge of Nantes; you can get into the center by bus quickly in the daytime but a car makes it much easier to use the city at night and to visit the vineyards. Always a place to park within a few feet of the door. We had a great stay.

Je vous conseille cette adresse ! Au calme absolu, tout en restant proche du centre ville, ce gite est dans un état impeccable. Moderne, très propre, il dispose de tout le confort nécessaire, avec tous les équipements utiles pour 1 à 2 personnes. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles si besoin. Excellent séjour. Superbe gîte, au calme et à 20 minutes du centre de Nantes (en bus, qui passe très régulièrement). Cuisine et salle de bain parfaitement équipées, appartement très confortable, et on voit bien les étoiles depuis le lit (à travers les branches touffues)! Un petit bémol : la Wifi n'a pas fonctionné pendant notre séjour.

Idéal pour un city break

Logement neuf, bien conçu et propre. Endroit calme. A proximité des transports en commun pour se rendre au centre de Nantes. On peut également garer sa voiture facilement et gratuitement. Cependant, la ventilation était un peu bruyante à cause du vent qui soufflait fort quand nous y étions. Nous le recommandons pour les personnes aimant la modernité.
