Villa El Vinyet - managed exclusively by Sitges Hills Villas, is a truly stunning luxury designer villa situated in one of the most exclusive residential areas of Sitges and just 3 blocks back from golden beaches and the warm Mediterranean Sea. The cafes, boutiques, restaurants and other attractions of Sitges town centre are just a 5-minute stroll away.



There are very few large and luxurious holiday homes in Sitges that are so close to the beach and town centre and so we are delighted to have Villa El Vinyet in our holiday villa collection. This premium villa is set within 2,000 m2 of lush, sun-drenched and private Mediterranean gardens complete with a fantastic 12m x 5m swimming pool as its centrepiece. There are large terraces and lawns surrounding the pool offering plenty of space for both sunbathing and al-fresco dining.



The large grounds surrounding the property create a sense of peace and seclusion, however, the beaches and attractions of Sitges are all within an easy walk. Villa El Vinyet offers 300 m2 of the contemporary Mediterranean style living with bright white walls, cool tiled floors and large, light open-plan living spaces. The furnishings are both luxurious and modern and the villa is fully equipped to the high standards expected of a premium quality holiday home.



The villa offers luxurious accommodation arranged over two floors as follows;



Ground Floor

The ground floor offers a large lounge area, kitchen, dining area, full bathroom and two bedrooms (1 ensuite). One of the bedrooms is the luxurious master suite with a bathroom next door, built-in wardrobes and ceiling fan. There are large windows looking out over the gardens. There is also an option to add a single sofa bed in the master suite. The second bedroom is a single with ceiling fan and convenient ensuite shower room.



The lounge features a comfortable L-shape sofa and beautiful fireplace for those cooler out-of-season evenings. There is also an entertainment system complete with TV, CD and DVD player. The lounge has high ceilings and large windows opening out to the pool area and gardens. The lounge has a bright and spacious feel.



The fully equipped and large modern kitchen features an oven, 5-ring gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee-maker and a good sized table with bench and chairs seating 8 guests. Adjacent to the kitchen is a separate dining space with comfortable seating for 8 to 12 guests. Also on the ground floor are two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.



First Floor:

The upper floor of the villa offers a further three double bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom is ensuite and has built-in wardrobes, a ceiling fan and desk. It also features a private terrace. The second double has a desk and built-in wardrobes. This bedroom shares a private terrace and bathroom with bedroom with the last of the three bedrooms, which has 2/3 single beds, a ceiling fan, and desk.

OUTSIDE SPACE AND GARDENS

The villa is set in 2,000 m2 of beautiful gardens with a level lawns and two impressive palm trees. The centerpiece of the garden is the fantastic 12m x 5m private swimming pool with ample space for sunbathing all around. There are plenty of sun loungers and ample poolside seating.



There is a large outdoor dining table with seating for 12 guests and a BBQ area. A ping pong table keeps the kids entertained when they are not in the pool. The gardens are flat and provide the perfect place for the children to run and enjoy themselves safely.
