On the ground floor: large, bright living room with TV area and dining table. The kitchen is separate and eat-in, fully equipped with gas hob, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle. From here, a large terrace with dining table and sun loungers runs along the entire living area. In the sleeping area there are two double bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms with shower, bathtub and washing machine. In the basement: a large living room with sofa bed and dining table, a kitchen with induction hob and refrigerator, a complete bathroom with shower. The flat is very bright thanks to the large windows in all the rooms.

The flat, which is ideal for accommodating up to 6 people, offers Wi-Fi connection throughout the house, a private parking space and, although it does not have air conditioning, fans are available to ensure guests\' comfort.ACCESSIBILITY AND PARKINGRIFLESSI SUL LAGO - TRAMONTO can be reached by car. In front of the entrance there is a private parking space for 1 car. Internally, the flat is on two floors. Other free public parking spaces are available nearby.LAGLIO & SURROUNDINGSLaglio is a gem set along the shores of the famous Lake Como, a picturesque village that enchants with its natural beauty and tranquillity. Perfect for those seeking an escape from routine, this charming village offers a perfect mix of history, nature and comfort. The village offers restaurants and bars with enchanting views of the lake. It is 13 km from Como and 7 km from Cernobbio, where there is the motorway entrance to Milan and Lugano.

In Laglio there is a grocery shop, a butcher\'s shop, a pastry shop, bars and restaurants within a 10-minute walk from the flat. The bus stop is 400 metres away but it is necessary to climb a long flight of steps to reach the flat. There is no boat stop, located in the nearby villages of Urio and Brienno.

The nearest super market is called Bennet, in the village of Tavernola, 8 km away.

In Laglio you will find the Riva del Tenciu, the only bathing spot, you will have the possibility to rent a boat or walk in the middle of nature, being an excellent starting point to visit the naturalistic and historical beauties of the lake.GETTING AROUNDPlease note that the taxi service on Lake Como is not always reliable or readily available. We therefore advise against relying on it once you have reached your destination. We suggest considering alternative options such as public transport (buses and boats), renting a car or using pre-booked private drivers.

The bus stop is 400 metres from the flat but from here you have to climb a long flight of steps to reach the property. There is no boat stop. We recommend the use of a car, as the flat can only be reached by car and has a private parking space, and other public car parks are available nearby.

Easy to reach from the airports, Milan and Lugano, all of which are about an hour\'s drive away.
