Casa Rossaは、湖と山の素晴らしい景色を望む素敵な宿泊施設を提供しています。Acquaseriaの歴史的中心部の素朴な石畳の通りにありますが、最寄りのビーチまでは徒歩数分です。 カサロッサはスタイリッシュな内装が施され、非常に高い水準の設備が整っています。 2階に配置された1階のエントランスホールは暖かく、「ワインセラー」をお楽しみいただけます。空のボトルを次のゲストに交換するだけです。 家のレイアウトは「逆さま」で、2つのベッドルームは1階にあります。 マスターベッドルームにはキングサイズのダブルベッドがあり、セカンドベッドルームにはツインベッドがあります。 両方のベッドルームは、湖と山の景色を望む小さなプライベートテラスに通じています。 シャワー付きのバスルームが1階の宿泊施設を完成させ、らせん階段が1階に続いています。

Everything we hoped it would be

Casa Rosa was as described and perfect as a quiet place away from crowds but still an easy distance away from action if desired. Recommendations for places to eat and things to do really puts it over the top! We hope to get back someday!

Beautiful Italian Experience

The views and atmosphere are fantastic. The accommodation is great. The only issue is the standard "staying in an old Italian place" problem - Parking. It would be a good improvement to have guaranteed parking for the accommodation.

Wonderful location,

Casa Rosa worked great for us, location was superb. Dealing with owner was a dream, the unit was as described and view outstanding. Parking was not a problem and it is close to nice resturants with good food. Allowed us to hike every day. Acquaseri is a wonderful village away from the tourist spots. Would definitely stay again

Casa Rosa

Property exactly as detailed. View phenominal. Best area to stay on Lake Como without all the tourists. Support the local restaurants and bars as you get just as much culture versus larger areas like Bellagio and Mennagio. Only issue is parking but that is the region not the hpusr.

Lovely town house w/ lake view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this town house. It was nestled in the heart of a quaint neighborhood and was very clean & well equipped. Dawn was easy to communicate with before our stay & gave us all the necessary information. It had everything we needed including ceiling fans & other fans to help keep the place cool. It was also an amazing jumping off point to enjoy all of the golden triangle with easy access to ferries.FYI - as in all of Europe there are cobble stone sidewalks so wear good shoes to get to and from house. Make sure you take the path from the first parking area because the ones further up the hill are a bit steep.It was a fabulous place & we would definitely stay there again!

Incredible Views of the stunning Lake Como

When we first arrived and drew back the curtains to the balcony we were blown away by the most amazing views of the Lake. It is quite breathtaking. The small but perfectly formed apartment was well appointed. Having said that the main bedroom is particularly large and it was great having the two bathrooms as we had two teenage girls with us! The village itself had a lovely bar with terrace at the rear. Great for sundowners overlooking the lake. Two good restaurants and a small general store, green grocer and butcher/cheese shop. The owner Dawn was very prompt to reply to any queries we had before we arrived and sorted out a couple of minor points we had when we arrived immediately which we were very grateful for.

Immersive experience

Though quite challenging to find, once we arrived we were all so pleasantly surprised. View is beautiful, apt set up worked so well with my daughter, myself and 2 adult grandchildren. Walking up the cobblestone steps was a workout we weren’t prepared for, but after doing it several times, our bodies adjusted. Cute little town, however, one of the 2 restaurants was closed during our stay. We rented a car, took ferry from town to town, ate at many nearby places. Really enjoyed cappuccino and croissants at local bar in the morning. Dawn was very responsive to all my questions; was greatly appreciated. Thank you

Splendid views on the lake

The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need, especially in the kitchen. Nice balcony with splendid views on the lake. The place is a little hard to find despite a genuine effort to guide guests with maps and photographs. People in the village are friendly and helpful. The big drawback was that there was no WiFi most of the time, which was not due to the antenna / router but rather a problem with the provider. Another less serious issue was that the parking garage could not be used, as a neighbor’s car took too much space. But there are public parking spaces.

Thank you for your comments, we were in touch a little during your stay and so I know you found the house to be delightful and that you enjoyed your stay. I’m sorry about the WiFi. Once we’d contacted the provider and you’d confirmed that the WiFi was back on we thought the problem was solved. Sadly you didn’t mention that it had gone off again until the day you left which is such a shame because we were on standby to contact the provider again if needed. They are a national internet provider and we haven’t had any connection issues before. As you know it’s an extremely large garage with plenty of room for 2 cars to park side by side so it’s disappointing that someone parked inconsiderately. I’m in close contact with the people who share the garage so I would have contacted them and asked their guests to re-park if you had let me know about this. Luckily you found that there is lots of free unlimited parking around the village. I take comfort from the fact that the star rating you awarded seems to be more of a reflection of the service of the internet provider and one-off inconsiderate parking and not a reflection on the house itself but I genuinely thank you for taking the time to place your review.

Fabulous Home

We visited Casa Rossa at the end of July and the view was more breathtaking than the pictures on the website. It was my husband and I and our two teenage kids. We had plenty of room and all the amenities. Dawn gave us such great recommendations. We loved our visits to nearby villages and our speedboat rental at AC Boat rentals was a highlight. We went out on the lake for 4 hours and loved it!!! I would stop at Carrefour for big groceries (10 min drive) before getting to Casa Rosa and then keep up with fruit from the local fruit vendor. He was super nice and his produce was gorgeous. For the Americans, don't touch the fruit, he will choose it for you and he knows better than we do. Have a fabulous stay!!! We did.

Nous avons adoré ce logement : situation parfaite dans un petit village loin des foules, avec une plage agréable à quelques minutes à pied. Vue magnifique depuis le balcon (malgré quelques petits travaux en face), appartement super bien équipé (nous avions même des sièges de plage) et communication très fluide avec les propriétaires. Je recommande à 100% cette petite adresse !

Logement avec une vue du lac magnifique, cependant il faut être en bonne forme physique pour accéder au logement car il y beaucoup d’escaliers dans la ville et peu de places de parking.Le logement est très bien équipé et il y a un book très bien fait par l’hôte avec ce que l’on peut faire sur le lac les visites, où se restaurer etc. Dans le village il y a une boucherie, un marchand de légumes, un restaurant en bord du lac, pizza à emporter et même un caviste. Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine au calme!

Schön eingerichtete und aufgeteilte Wohnung, im kühleren Erdgeschoss die Schlafzimmer, im Dachgeschoss ein großer Wohnraum mit Küche und Panoramabalkon. Super Blick auf den See. Allerdings ohne Klimaanlage und die Sonne heizt den Raum sehr auf. Es gibt aber viele Ventilatoren. Etwas schwierig ist die Parksituation, aber man findet nach etwas suchen letztlich immer einen Parkplatz. Der Ort Aquaseria ist nicht überlaufen, nicht so super-chic und teuer wie Orte weiter südlich, und hat einen schönen Strand, nachmittags auch mit Schatten. Man geht 5 min dorthin über Treppen und schmale Wege. Die Gastgeberin ist (per Messenger) äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich. Danke für alles!

Het huis had alle nodige voorzieningen. Overal is aan gedacht. Parkeren kan problematisch zijn vanwege het aantal beschikbare parkeerplaatsen. Er is vaak wel een mogelijkheid om een parkeerplaats te huren maar dat is niet onderdeel van het huren van het appartement. De parkeerplaatsen bevinden zich aan de rand van het dorpje. Uniek om zo’n huisje te huren in een oud italiaans dorp met nauwe steegjes. Zeer sfeervol midden tussen de zeer vriendelijke bevolking. Een ervaring om nooit te vergeten.

Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und hat eine tolle Lage. Der Ausblick vom Wohnzimmer/Balkon ist grandios. Die Aufteilung des Hauses ist sehr gut. Im unteren, kühleren Bereich sind die Schlafzimmer und oben der Wohnbereich. Dawn ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die den Gast in den Mittelpunkt stellt. Die Region vom Comer See ist atemberaubend. In Menaggio gibt es das weltbeste Eis direkt am See mit toller Aussicht und abkühlender Brise vom See. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Es war ein toller Urlaub!

Sehr schönes Haus im Altort von Acquaseria. Dass kein Parkplatz direkt am Haus vorhanden ist, wussten wir vorher und es stört auch nicht, weil es viele Parkplätze in fußläufiger Entfernung gibt. Wir haben den Blick vom Balkon auf den See sehr genossen. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, ein großes Plus sind auch die zwei Bäder. Schade, dass es in Acquaseria nur kleinere Läden gibt, der nächste Supermarkt ist erst im Menaggio, aber dafür können das Haus und die Besitzer nichts. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war problemlos, man bekam immer sofort eine Antwort. Insgsamt ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen, danke, dass wir hier sein durften!

Fantastisch verblijf in oude stad Acquaseria!

Formidable

Le logement est parfait : spacieux, très bien équipé (electroménager, ustensiles de cuisine, vaisselle, plaids, parasols, parapluie) tout y est! Comme chez soi. Les chambres sont équipées de ventilateurs au plafond, ce qui est très appréciable. Mais comme elles sont au premier étage elles restent fraîches. A noter que l’appartement est accessible après une bonne centaine de mètres en montée. Le village est superbe mais il demande un petit effort physique. La situation est idéale. Juste en bas il y a une petite plage agréable avec un petit restaurant. Il y a aussi un loueur de bateau qui permet de visiter le lac en bateau (ça vaut vraiment le coup!). Menaggio est à 10 minutes de voiture et de là on peut prendre le ferry pour aller sur Bellagio, Varenna et les autres villages. C’est superbe!
