Doesn’t disappoint

Barn was excellent with everything you need. Tracey was friendly and welcoming. The Barn welcome pack was a bonus. Location was perfect for us. Unless we didn’t see them, shower mats for coming out of the shower and in front of the sinks would have made things more comfortable.

We had a lovely stay at Flint Barn.

There was a surprising amount of utensils in th kitchen which was perfect! It was absolutely freezing but the log burner was beautiful! We had a lovely stay and a lovely trip away.

We enjoyed a short stay at Flint Barn with our two children.

It's a lovely, relaxing place to stay with lots of lovely extra touches that add to the stay. It was comfortable and cosy, and we felt at home and would book again if in the area. There are some lovely walks on the doorstep and a great pub 5 minutes walk up the road where we all enjoyed a lovely meal. A relaxing few days.

I had an amazing two weeks at Flint Barn

I had an amazing two weeks at Flint Barn, I needed a place to stay due to some personal upheaval and it became a real sanctuary for me. Tracey was an excellent host - always responsive and helpful. The house was spotless, the underfloor heating was a real treat so I never felt the cold (even in the -1 degree icy weather!) and the kitchen was well stocked with every utensil you need to cook decent meals, which helped me to feel right at home. The welcome hamper was also a lovely touch. I'd definitely rebook a stay here in the future.

A fantastic cottage on the country side.

Very large with all the facilities you need. The host is very friendly and helpful. We were even allowed to check in earlier. The cottage is 100 percent value for money and we are happy to come back here. Thanks Stacey!

Host Tracey, is accommodating and responsive. Beautiful property, great facilities, back garden a huge plus. Provided extra heater when there was a small issue with one bedroom being cold. Checks on cleans before new guest arrives.

Wonderful week.

Ideal location for a country retreat. Access to local towns easy but roads are narrow so care must be taken when driving. Full facilities to enable easy self catering holiday. Induction hob works with certain pots but there was no frying pan that worked with the hob. 2nd bedroom not suitable for adults. Too small and limited storage.

Wonderful time at Flint Barn.

Tracey, was een zéér behulpzame, vriendelijke host, die uitermate beschikbaar was. We hadden het helemaal naar onze zin in Flint Barn, Een mooi en gezellig verblijf waar alles beschikbaar was in een héél mooie streek. Jammer genoeg had Tracey geen controle over het weer, dat was het enige minpuntje -)

Absolutely lovely stay at Flint Barn. Gorgeous space, cosy atmosphere while there was still a lot of space. Fire was a godsend! Local pub was delicious. We had such a lovely time thank you!

Tolle Unterkunft, urig

Tolle Unterkunft, urig. Tolle Gegend, sehr ruhig und ländlich. Gute Lage, um folgende Ort leicht zu erreichen: London, Dover, Canterbury, Leeds Castle, Strände Tracey war hilfsbereit und sehr nett.
