I am Roman, an easy going man in his 40s living in London. I own this holiday home in Cyprus for about 15 years from the very start when yet it was still being constructed. For so many good years me and my family and friends enjoyed our second home in Cyprus in a sunny South Eastern Mediterranean by the sea there, which is good for kids or great companies of friends. I live in London and work at a University - I am passionate about teaching organisational psychology and business strategy. We still love coming to Cyprus for a holiday to our second home and when we are not there, you are more than welcome to be our guests!

Why they chose this property

The area is very close to the airport and Larnaca downtown yet in a very quiet rural location, right in front of the beautiful beaches of Pervolia. It is a very residential areas where both locals and holidaymakers form a unique international communities. All major amenities, shops, bars and taverns are in the neighbouring villages which are 5 minutes drive from our complex. I also have connection with Cyprus for many years as I have lived and worked there.
