Great walkable location!!

I work for a Belfast-based company, this apartment was a great alternative to a hotel that allowed me to make my own breakfast and coffee every morning and have a comfortable place to eat take-away dinner (I love Nando’s!) and work in the evenings, in addition to having more of a home away from home during a recent business trip- the dedicated parking spot is great as parking can be challenging near the city center. The owner was very responsive before and during my stay. Looking forward to staying again.

Nice place but horible check in.

I got a lock box code but no description of where the lock box was or the apartment number. Also no desciption how to park. I called the host when I got there but recieved no call back. I stopped at the bar next door who was nice enough to show me where the 2 locations where lock boxes where but had no lock box number or color and there was many of them. I had to try the code in all the boxes before I got the key. The address was a large building with many doors which were all locked but with no instructions or apart number I did not know how to find it.After searching for several hour some from a different unit and there host showed up and helped me understand how the building worked. Showed me how to access the garage and check each dior with the fob to determine which door it would open to get into. Once I found which section I had to try the key in each of 15 doors to find the correct appartment. This excercise took 3 hours of high stress. Once I got in I finally got instruction but if course this was 5 hours after the check i time and too late to help. He said he sent these instructions the day before but I did not recieve them. There seem to be a problem in the communication system. I am very disatisfied!

Dear Donald, All of the check in instructions were sent out day before your arrival on VRBO messages. We had 100 stays at the property none of the guests had trouble to excess the property. Next time we advise to check messages before you check in into a property. Kind Regards Short Stay NI
