Situated on a fenced private plot of 1.245 square meters, this exquisitely furnished property in Tugare village offers 305 square meters of usable interior space divided into two levels (ground and first floor). The house features five en-suite bedrooms, each tastefully decorated and offering a private sanctuary for rest and relaxation. The Bedroom NO1 has a 180 by 200 king-size bed, air conditioning, TV, and an attached bathroom with a shower and glass door leading to the pool area.
