The Residence is divided into two bodies each with a private swimming pool and a shared public park, guaranteeing privacy and tranquillity. It is nestled between the hills of the hinterland of S. Maria Coghinas, the lake of Casteldoria and the castle of the same name.
The flat has air conditioning, 1 bedroom, living room with kitchenette, bathroom, outdoor porch and garden. The flat is also equipped with everything necessary for an excellent stay. The surrounding area is rich in geothermal activity, thus creating the source of hot water that flows into the natural pool of the Terme di Casteldoria. The thermal baths and the castle are open and accessible for visits or days of treatment, relaxation, all year round. Perched in the granite heights known as monti di lu Casteddu (or also Monte Urtigiu), close to the hill range of Monte Ruju, Casteldoria (or Castle of the Doria) dominates a fertile valley enriched by the 'curative' waters of the Coghinas river and the lake of Casteldoria, where the Romans established an important thermal site. Aquafantasy and Porto Marina Isola Rossa are two essential stops for activity enthusiasts. In terms of nature, on the other hand, Spiaggia di San Pietro and Spiaggia Baia delle Mimose stand out.
