GENERAL
The villa is built on a 1000 square meter land site with gardens and trees. The main house is 330 square meters in size.
LOCATION
Villa Lianas is in Agios Aimilianos peninsula, just over 2 and a half hours away from Athens International Airport, and 10 minutes car drive from Porto Heli. The view from the villa is magnificent, sea views are accessible from most of the villa, with nearby islands and the shoreline on full view. The property is surrounded by trees.
DESCRIPTION
The villa is fully equipped; it can sleep comfortably 8 people.
There is a large 50 square meters swimming pool with the deepest end being 2.4 meters. Next to the swimming pool you will find a swimming pool shower. The pool house is built just over 5 meters away. It sleeps 3 people in one double bed and one single bed. It comes with a toilet and a separate shower room.
The main house is divided into the ground floor and the first-floor areas; both floors connect with a short set of interior stairs. The house is air-conditioned, and all windows are equipped with mosquito fences.
The ground floor has a large living room and dining area; it connects to the kitchen which again is fully equipped, with two ovens, and a large fridge. The ground floor gives access to verandas with fantastic views to the sea and the surrounding area.
Taking the stairs to the first floor: you will find a desk and a sitting area. Right opposite there is a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom with bath tab. Outside the bedroom there is an additional bathroom with toilet and shower. There is also a room with one single bed.
Up the stairs there is α loft with two double bedrooms that connect through a door. The loft area is open so it is ideal for children of all ages.
The villa has space in its premises to park two cars.
