Ilios villa - a luxurious private shelter near to sea.
The villa is separated in three levels. The modern design along with the comfort and the contemporary design create a pleasant atmosphere. At the highest level you will find the main entrance which leads you to an open space and includes the living room with the energy fireplace, the eight-people dining room, the main kitchen and the bathroom. The natural light is diffused and the view takes your breath away. In the same level there is a separate office with an ergonomic sofa that is transformed to a double bed. Sliding down to the second level there are four luxurious bedrooms with a direct access to the swimming pool, three bathrooms from which the two are in the bedrooms. There is also a small kitchen appropriate for the preparation of a snack, children meals or coffee/drink. At the third level there are two independent and autonomous guest houses. One of them could be characterized as a Junior Hotel Suite with a double bed, bathroom and living room-dining room and a small kitchen. It has a direct access to the garden and is connected to the swimming pool via an external staircase. The other is an Executive two-spaced Suite which has a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room-dining room and is connected with a 7th single bedroom (there is a bathroom as well) and is perfect for staff members or the babysitter.

In the heart of Kosta port, just a breath away from cosmopolitan Porto-Heli and only a few steps away the port named after it, the villa Helios (420m2) was built, which awaits you to explore the luxurious private shelter and of natural beauty, hidden in the pine forest. You can enjoy the view to the deep blue of the sea and of the sky and also the view to the picturesque island of Spetses, undisturbed, from the balconies of the villa. An ideal choice for those who really want to relax. It hosts up to 16 people, families, friends or couples.

The outdoor space will enchant you with the great architecture and its functionality. Right before the residence the overflow swimming pool is to be found where you can relax on the comfortable sunbeds. During the sunset relax on the outdoor living room, which is covered by shading system and later enjoy your dinner at the outdoor living room under the starry sky. The place contains a fully equipped kitchen and BBQ and has been designed strategically so you can loosen up in different spots but also enjoy each other’s company. The green color of the plants dominates the surrounding place and comes in harmony with the local flora. The smell from Levander and basil in combination to the sound of the birds and cicadas will make your mind wander.
Kosta is a small pine wood settlement and it is located in a close distance to the port of Spetses island, named Dapia. The beach which is awarded as a blue flag beach, neighbors with the beach Hinitsa. Hinitsa beach is a dreamy sandy beach with shallow water. Saint Aimilianos beach is pebbly with clean blue water. The beach took its name from the homonymous little chapel which is built on an artificial hill and in an idyllic location, so close to the sea that you have the illusion of being on a ship’s bow. According to the tradition it was built by a shipowner from Spetses so that the ship pass without danger the reefs of the area. The landscape is green and the trees get down to the bays.
