Linhay’s nest is a purpose-built modern cabin nestled in tranquil rural surroundings. The cabin is comfortable, well equipped with all you need and warmly welcomes dogs. The beautiful undercover, outside seating area and private use of the paddock in front provides the perfect setting to enjoy the serenity of nature, far from the busyness of life. Located within the popular 7 bays area and close to Padstow, you’ll have a choice of 7 stunning beaches to explore, all within 5Km.

We warmly welcome you to Linhays Nest, our modern shepherd’s hut, where tranquillity and relaxation awaits. Nestled opposite a private paddock area, the hut is enveloped by the soothing sounds of nature, perfectly blending rustic charm with contemporary comfort.

Inside, you'll find new amenities curated with your comfort and convenience in mind. From plush bedding to modern conveniences, every detail has been carefully considered to ensure a seamless and relaxing stay. At one end of the open plan layout, you will find the sleeping area with a double bed with reading lamps overhead, sockets and USB ports by the bedside. The bookshelf above the bed, pull out bedside tables and two separate cupboards for your clothes, gives plenty of storage space. There is also a full-length mirror and a wall mounted TV. Sitting up in bed with your morning coffee, you can enjoy the rural views over the private paddock towards the small brook beyond.

Towards the centre of the room, there is a comfy sofa and to the left is the fully equipped kitchen area which is well designed with an oven, dishwasher, two ring electric hob and a fold out table. The shower room, just off the kitchen, has a power shower and heated towel rail for your comfort.

Step outside and into the undercover veranda area, where soft seating beckons you to relax and soak in the calmness of the surrounding landscape. This spacious area is perfect for inside-outside living, whether you're sipping your morning coffee as the sun rises or unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening, while the gentle glow of fairy lights creates a cosy ambiance, this beautiful covered outside space provides the perfect setting for relaxing and listening to the sounds of nature.

Guests also have sole use of your own private paddock, complete with a charming fire pit, perfect for cozy evenings under the star lit sky. Whether you're unwinding after a day of exploring Cornwall's breathtaking landscapes or simply indulging in some star gazing, the paddock provides the perfect place for unforgettable moments of relaxation and connection.

Just beyond, guests have sole use of the paddock, your dogs can explore and play to their heart's content. Both inside the hut and in the veranda, a cosy dog bed awaits, allowing your furry friend to remain by your side wherever you choose to relax. We've provided a variety of amenities for dogs, including poo bags, a dog bowl, an outside tap for easy clean-up, and even dog towels for those muddy adventures. With our pet-friendly policies and provisions, you can enjoy a worry-free getaway knowing that every member of the family is well taken care of.
