This superb duplex offers a well-thought-out layout, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a TV lounge opening onto a terrace with stunning views of the park of the Château de Savigny-lès-Beaune. Upstairs, you will find a spacious bedroom with a desk area, dressing room, shower room with washing machine, and separate toilet. The bedroom opens onto a balcony offering a peaceful view of the park. Overall, this apartment provides a comfortable and pleasant living environment.
Our apartment provides an ideal location, exceptional comfort, modern facilities, and proximity to shops and restaurants, ensuring a most pleasant experience for our travelers. Upon prior request, the owner will be delighted to introduce you to and offer for sale a selection of wines from the Côte de Beaune and the Côte de Nuits.

It was a pleasure to stay in Duplex, recommend!

It's the perfect place to explore the wonderful Côte d'Or, centrally yet quietly located, with all amenities on site. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. The service was friendly and the cleanliness was excellent.

Comfortable, compact, well-equipped unit in charming village setting with private patio.

We had everything we needed to be comfortable, eat in, relax and enjoy walks around the village and through adjacent vineyards. There were a couple restaurants in town and Beaune is a short drive with many options. Our only disappointment was there was heavy rain one day/evening and the roof leaked above our bed. Also the wi-fi connection would get dropped sometimes.

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended!I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything I needed, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The location was perfect – close to shops, restaurants, yet quiet and peaceful at night.The host was incredibly responsive, providing clear instructions and helpful local tips. I especially appreciated the personal touches that made me feel at home.I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!
