Lanzo Green Park is a bright and modern one-bedroom apartment located within a prestigious residence in Lanzo d\'Intelvi, in the province of Como. Immersed in a vast green lawn and surrounded by a large park, this apartment will provide you with an atmosphere of tranquillity and modernity.

When entering, there is a large living room characterized by a contemporary design. The sofa bed (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.) offers a practical solution for extra guests and cupboards to keep your belongings tidy, while the open kitchen, complete with state-of-the-art appliances, blends harmoniously into the space. A kitchen island with stools serves as a dining area, also ideal for breakfast and aperitifs.

The bedroom welcomes you in a comfortable wooden double bed. A strategically placed desk allows you to work in peace, admiring the view of the surrounding greenery through the window. The recently renovated bathroom is equipped with all comforts, including a spacious shower. Furthermore, there is a laundry room, complete with a washing machine for private use.

The apartment also boasts a balcony, ideal for enjoying the sun and fresh mountain air, while the large surrounding park offers open spaces for relaxing and playing, making it perfect also for families with children.

For sports and entertainment lovers, the apartment building has a table tennis room, perfect for spending pleasant moments in the company of family and friends.

The apartment is also accessible via the condominium elevator.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Well-marked trails lead to breathtaking views, such as the Terrazza del Belvedere on Monte Sighignola, which offers a 180-degree view of the city of Lugano.

How to arrive:

By car: Take A2/E35 in the direction of Melide/Bissone/Morcote/Campione and exit at Melide/Bissone. From here, following the GPS, in about 16-20 minutes you will be in front of the apartment.

By train: From Como S. Giovanni station by bus: Take the C20 bus towards Como - S. Teresa for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes and get off at the “Lanzo, Trivio” stop. From here in 2 minutes you will be in front of the apartment.
