As you enter through the gate onto the driveway, you'll be captivated by the stunning vistas of the lush valley and majestic mountains, setting the stage for an unforgettable getaway.
The main floor is located upstairs and boasts a spacious open living and dining area, with air conditioning, perfect for gathering with loved ones. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with amenities such as a fridge, freezer, oven, gas stove, water kettle, and coffee machine, ensures effortless meal preparation during your stay. Next to the living room is a spacious covered terrace with amazing views to the valley, perfect for enjoying beautiful sunsets.
On the top floor you'll also find two inviting bedrooms, each adorned with a double bed and equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. One bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet, while a separate bathroom offers additional convenience with its shower, sink, and toilet.
Discover a separate apartment downstairs, complete with its own living area with sofa, TV, and dining area. There is also a modern, fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals. Two more cozy bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed and air conditioning, provide enough space for relaxation. A well-appointed bathroom, featuring a shower, sink, and toilet, adds to the comfort of this lower level.
Outside, immerse yourself in the beauty of the Mediterranean garden or take a refreshing dip in the private pool, which can be heated on request (see conditions below). Unwind and soak up the sun on the lounge beds and enjoy dining in the outdoor area with a BBQ-Grill.

1: Smoking and pets are not allowed.
2: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 8 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.
3: The house is located in a residential area. Parties and noise after 22:00 are strictly prohibited at all times.
4: The pool can be heated on request from April 1 to November 1. The costs are €25 per day and start from the day we turn on the pump.
