Villa El Portet Beach is a luxury 10 person villa located in the luxury El Portet district of Moraira. Just 1 km from the nice town of Moraira and 150 m from the beach, everything can be reached on foot. Various cozy restaurants and bars are also within walking distance. Even the supermarket is around the corner. Villa El Portet Beach has a nice swimming pool and large outdoor kitchen with a fixed BBQ. In addition, a beautiful lounge terrace with a wide view of the sea to even the IFACH rock at Calpe.
The stay in our beautiful Spanish villa with a large naja leaves nothing to be desired!
The Mediterranean garden surrounding the villa is also a picture. For the sportive there is a kayak and a SUP surfboard in the garage.
The villa has a quiet location with lots of privacy. The road in front of the house is a dead end, only a staircase to the sea at the end.
The villa is built on 2 levels with a total of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, various terraces and a wonderful swimming pool with lots of privacy. This villa guarantees a great holiday!
We have another house since 2015 which is certainly worth it. This is slightly higher on the mountain, about 400 m from the sea with a beautiful sea view. If you enter the number 1931002 in the homeaway taskbar (in the field: "where do you want to go"), you will see all photos, prices, etc. Because we have had this house for a longer time we are also a Homeaway Premium Partner and have many 5 ***** reviews!



Living room 1 and kitchen - Ground floor
Spacious, bright living room with Spanish tiled floor, open kitchen (equipped with all conveniences such as dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, (Nespresso) coffee makers), with sitting area and dining area. However, you will want to spend most of your time on the adjoining naja (covered terrace) or at the swimming pool with adjoining outdoor kitchen. The naja can be reached from the living room through the large sliding doors.


Bedroom 1 - Ground floor (same level as the living room and kitchen)
A spacious room with windows with mosquito nets and air conditioning. Lots of wardrobe space. On this floor there is also a large bathroom with bath, toilet and sink.


Bedroom 2 - Ground floor
Beautiful spacious bedroom on the ground floor with built-in wardrobe, mosquito nets in the windows and air conditioning. Opposite the bedroom are the bathroom with bath and toilet.


Bedroom 3 - Ground floor
Smaller but cozy bedroom with fitted wardrobes and close to the outside door to the swimming pool. Is also equipped with an air conditioner.


Bedroom 4 - Basement
Spacious bedroom with built-in wardrobe and equipped with mosquito nets and air conditioning. In the bedroom is the door to the spacious ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.


Bedroom 5 - Basement
Spacious bedroom with built-in wardrobe and equipped with mosquito nets and air conditioning. This bedroom also has its own bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Outside this bathroom is also a seperate shower which is next to the Sauna.

Nice heated swimming pool to swim laps, play or relax on an air mattress.

Amazing villa, in a great location, 2 minutes from the beach. There’s a small supermarket within a couple of minutes walk but only with very basic supplies - no meat or veg but great for fresh bread and croissants. It’s a 20 minute walk into Moriara where there are lovely restaurants and bars and a larger supermarket. Travelled with a family group including young children - the villa was perfect for them.

We have just enjoyed another splendid holiday in this villa. It is all and more than we could ask for. It is high quality, perfectly maintained, the location is amazing and the recent addition of heating to the swimming pool has made a big difference. It’s a highly recommended stay.

Happy holiday

Our stay in Moraira was a good experience. The villa is beatiful and the location is perfect if you have small children. The small town is nearby and the area is guiet and calm.

Beautiful villa in excellent location

Property was of a high standard and very clean. We liked having several outdoor areas to sit and eat/drink. Kitchen was well-equipped. Really close to the lovely beach. Maybe not ideal for very young children/infants as there is no security around the pool and a number of unprotected steps.

Great Villa

Excellent Villa, with a great pool and facilities, beach really close with bars and an excellent restaurant. Great to get fresh croissants in the morning from the bakery a couple of hundred yards. The villa was perfect for us as a family with our parents too, there is plenty of room with several areas where you can go to relax away from the others if necessary. The large dining table on the veranda was perfect for the family meals. We had a wonderful time and we found it very relaxing. We will be returning.

Outstanding house and surrounding

Yvonne and Pleune are the best hosts we ever had! The house itself is perfectly located with a wonderful view on the Ifach mountain and the sea. Only 3 minutes walk to the beach of El Portet with it’s nice beach bars and tapas and sunset. The city of Moraira is only a twenty minutes walk away with all it’s nice restaurants and shops. Fantastic first stay in El Portet

Beautiful villa spotlessly clean and very comfortable, beds fantastic and as a group of 9 ladies loved the single duvets on the big beds. Excellent location a couple of minutes walk to El Portet beach and just a 15mins stroll into Moraira. Fantastic outdoor spaces to eat and relax and a beautiful pool. Only additional thing we would have liked is a full length mirror and a mirror in each of the bedrooms. This did not detract in any way from our fabulous holiday and i most definitely would stay in this villa and this resort again.

Wonderful

Such a beautiful villa in a stunning location. The views from the terrace were lovely and the villa was stocked up with all the things you need for every day living. We couldn’t fault anything, but as others have mentioned it would have been nice to have had mirrors in the bedrooms. The location is just perfect, near a beautiful beach and about a 20 minute walk into Moraira. Communication with the owner was easy and friendly and check in and out faultless. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in a heart beat ❤️. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Villa El Portet

Lovely Villa in a quiet location, just a two minute walk to the beach. The beach is quite small so gets busy at weekends, when the locals use it and would be cosy in the peak season. Moraira is a scenic walk along the coast taking around 25mins to all the shops and restaurants. Locally there is a small supermarket which supply's the essentials and is run by a lovely British family, with fresh loaves of bread and croissants each day. La casita restaurant is close by and worth a visit especially on Bar b Q night and there is another restaurant by the beach along with a small bar.

An Amazing Holiday

This a superb villa. Its location is quiet, away from the bustle of El Portet. It's very well equipped, although could benefit from a couple of parasols. Everything you could need is there in the house and there is even a kayak, paddle board and two bikes. It's literally a 3 minute walk to the beach and 10 -15 minutes into beautiful Moraira town. The villa's swimming pool was very well used during our stay, as was the outside kitchen and BBQ. We were a party of 9, Grandparents, parents and grandchildren. The youngest was only 4 months old and the villa provides a lovely cot and high chair.There is a large terrace at the front with sea views and a good spot to watch the bats at night. The roof terrace is also a great sunbathing spot in the day or cocktails at night. Also helpful owners and housekeeper. Nothing to find fault with.

Lovely location, but a couple of issues

The villa is in a lovely location close to the beach. We were a family of 8. The front naya of the villa served us well for family entertainment with the large table and seating area. We had two main lights out in two of the bedrooms which made the room dark, the bedding looked a little tired and as we had three members of our family who were particularly tall the bedding of single duvet covers was not suitable so we ended up buying new bedding. The swimming pool area was also lovely however we had a five year old with us and felt it wasn’t particularly suitable with its sharp tiled edges and resulted in her cutting her chin and a trip to the a and e to be stitched. As a family we felt the villa was ideal for walking to the beach and into town and although we had a few issues overall we had a lovely stay. The last three nights we had cockroaches in the downstairs utility/bathroom and bedroom areas which we informed the manager. We understand that this does happen in properties in hot countries. The few issues that arised however did not impact on us having a lovely holiday.

Beautiful villa with all you need for an fabulous family holiday !

We were a family of 8 ranging from 8 months to 65 years of age. The property is really well set up with plenty of towels, A/C in all bedrooms and rooms and plenty of crockery including a teapot which was well used ! The outside shower was really useful, hot and private! We had mixed weather and the outdoor covered space meant we could still be outside mostly! We managed without a car, however the small local supermarket is only open short days so a walk to Moraira was required for provisions. The in- door seating areas were for 5 -6 people, however there were plenty of outdoor options! The local contact ( Ulli) sorted a broken tap the following day and her communication was excellent! There was plenty of baby equipment for more than one baby. The beach at El Portet is excellent and we swam in the sea. We ate at La Casita 3 times and it was excellent food and service! We would love to return !
