The space
The 61-square-meter apartment is very comfortable and quiet, recently renovated, located on the ground floor with a large private terrace equipped with armchairs and a beach umbrella, available for guests’ exclusive use.
The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace.
The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay with independent heating, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen satellite TV.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, and all other necessary accessories.
The apartment provides bed linens, towels, tea towels, and a tablecloth. Dishwasher detergent is also provided. Shower gel, shampoo, soap, and toilet paper are provided on the day of arrival.
The apartment also offers welcome fruit juices and snacks.
Guest Access
The second bedroom is available for groups of more than four guests or for stays longer than five days.
Upon guests’ request, to have access to the third bedroom for a stay shorter than five days, an additional fee of 15 euros is required.
Other things to keep in mind
A tourist tax of 6 euros per person per night applies to all guests over the age of 10, as required by the regulations of the City of Rome.
Upon request, we can arrange transfers for you to and from the main airports, train stations, and ports.
Upon request, we can provide an additional set of linens (towels and sheets) for an extra charge of 10 euros per person.
