Overall we were happy with location and host was great. Bathrooms were a bit small but again very happy with the apartment. Both Paolo and Riccardo were great with answering any questions when we had them. Would highly recommend.

Location was amazing within 5 min. Walk to the colossieum and lots of restaurants. Beds were comfortable. Paolo the host was great and very helpful with sites to see and great restaurants. He also set up a ride from the train station to our hotel by the airport two days after our stay at his apartment.

Nice apartment close to the Colossium. Easy to get around to all the spots to see. Would stay here again.

It was very convenient having the washer and dryer. We did not require the air conditioning as we were there in December. Our host Paolo was an excellent communicator and met us at the apartment to explain how everything worked.

Great Colosseum rental
Excellent location for Colosseum and Palatine Hill area activities. We loved the local markets and foods, very tasty and convenient. The beds were comfy and air conditioning superb.

This was a great place in a historical apartment building. Close to so many great restaurants and the colosseum. Paolo was a great host and provided many helpful maps and areas of interest to explore.

Great location
This apartment was in a great location to walk to multiple shops, food and tourist spots. Easy to grab a cab from the front door for further adventures. The host was responsive and helpful. Plenty of room for our large group.

Great stay in Rome
Close to collosium, good local restaurants and a Rome home from home. Paolo the host was very helpful, lots of information and recommendations for good places to eat away from the tourist traps. I would recommend it.

Wonderful stay in Rome
We had a lovely stay in Rome. Paolo was incredibly helpful regarding arranging transportation for 5 members of our family, providing information regarding a local market and coffee/pastry location. We were within walking distance of the Colosseum and many wonderful restaurants. Thank you for contributing to such a fun vacation. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

Perfect location!
Central to everything - We walked to all the sites. Paolo couldn’t have been more helpful, making reservations and answering questions. The apartment is well equipped beyond basics, making the stay so easy. Highly recommend!

Rome Vacation
Visited Rome with our two adult daughters. Apartment was central for sightseeing, restaurants. Paolo was very responsive. Check in was fast and easy. We hated to leave!

Great location. The perfect size for our group of 6. We had one in our party who struggled with the stairs and took advantage of the elevator. It was quick and efficient. Paulo and Riccardo were great and extremely helpful in arranging transportation to and from the airport.

Nothing can describe walking out your front door and seeing the Colosseum a short distance down the road! I would stay here again!! Paollo was organized and very helpful!!

Paolo was a wonderful host. The place is clean, well equipped. The washer/dryer was very handy for 10 day travel. The location is so close to the Colosseum and close to metro and bus to other sights. Paolo provided great info on . Walking distance to Roma Termini train station. Great stay. Well stay when visiting Rome.

Riccardo and Paolo are truly amazing. They are very helpful and always quickly respond to any message. The apartment is just what we needed as a group of 5, and the air conditioning was the best and MUCH needed. Beds were comfortable and the living area was great. All in all, we would definitely come back and stay here, very central, made it easy to walk. Paolo recommended the Capri and Amalfi day trip tours- do not miss, the best experience!

Extremely convenient location, lots of room for my group of 8 to spread out. Paolo was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. It was nice to hear the history of the building and surrounding area. The living/kitchen area isn't huge, but they've made it work well with a dining table that easily changes size depending on your current activity.

A great apartment for a family vacation in Rome
We had a wonderful stay at Paolo's. The apartment is beautiful decorated and was ideally appointed for our family of 5. We loved the location - a 5 minute walk from the Colosseum/Forum, and yet far enough away from the tourist crowds to allow us a break. The apartment is also close to some excellent neighborhood restaurants and convenient to good grocery stores. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Rome!

Fabulous location, clean and modern apartment
Paolo was a fantastic host, incredibly helpful and friendly - and he recommended a fabulous restaurant that became our favorite in Rome! The apartments were wonderfully located, clean, and modern in a beautiful historic building. Wifi worked great, very fast. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while exploring Rome! We will definitely stay here again!

Great Host, Excellent Location
Paolo was a great host! He communicated and made sure we had everything we needed. We even used a couple of his favorite local restaurants for dinners. Excellent choices! Thank you again for a wonderful several days in Rome.
