Set in a private courtyard, surrounded by picturesque Yorkshire countryside, our cottages offer a peaceful retreat for those seeking relaxation and tranquility. Situated conveniently between Huddersfield and Holmfirth, you'll have the best of both worlds - the beauty of nature and the convenience of the nearby villages and towns.

The charming nearby villages of Almondbury and Honley boast a wide range of independent shops, cosy cafes, tantallising restaurants, and traditional country pubs, ensuring you'll have plenty of options to explore.

Whether you're looking for a relaxing holiday cottage or an alternative to traditional hotels, our cottages are the perfect choice.

​We take great pride in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our accommodations, and our guests' reviews speak for themselves - they agree that Castle House Farm is a wonderful place to stay.

The Laithe is accessed via stairs to a spacious first floor apartment in a converted Yorkshire stone barn.

The apartment was modernised in 2020 with a new kitchen, shower room, re-styled living room and re-carpeted throughout.

The double bedroom is complete with ensuite shower room.

The lounge is extremely spacious brimming with original features - fully exposed beam, barn window and unique circular window. It has a very comfortable high-quality reclining sofa and armchairs. Plus a flat screen TV and dvd player.

​The dining kitchen is again a spacious room with a fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and full-size 50/50 fridge freezer and a designated dining area.

There is super-fast broadband throughout the property.

​A superb apartment for single travellers or a couple.
