The Laithe is accessed via stairs to a spacious first floor apartment in a converted Yorkshire stone barn.

The apartment was modernised in 2020 with a new kitchen, shower room, re-styled living room and re-carpeted throughout.

The double bedroom is complete with ensuite shower room.

The lounge is extremely spacious brimming with original features - fully exposed beam, barn window and unique circular window. It has a very comfortable high-quality reclining sofa and armchairs. Plus a flat screen TV and dvd player.

​The dining kitchen is again a spacious room with a fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and full-size 50/50 fridge freezer and a designated dining area.

There is super-fast broadband throughout the property.

​A superb apartment for single travellers or a couple.

Fantastic place to stay

We stayed in the Laithe apartment. Everything was perfect. The location is excellent with fantastic views acroos the Castle Hill and countryside. Highly recommended.

Great Apartment!!

In town for 10 days to visit family. This apartment is literally in the shadow of Castle Hill, very private and quiet. Off street parking and the price was very reasonable for the amenities and length of stay. The apartment was the 1-bedroom, Laithe, and tastefully furnished with a full kitchen and living room with smart TV with apps for movie channel selections. Fast reliable Internet also and I was able to easily work. Would fully recommend to others and would stay here again. B & J Broome
