This cosy, newly renovated duplex will be your home away from home. Its comfort and functionality ensure a pleasant rest after exploring the surrounding nature and the area’s cultural, sporting, and culinary offerings.

This duplex-style apartment is located on the top two floors of a building right on the waterfront.
Access is from the ground floor, which spans 25 square metres and consists of a hallway and a bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm), a nightstand, a closet, a chest of drawers, and an en-suite bathroom.
Going up a flight of stairs, we reach the upper floor. The living area measures 65 square metres, and the adjoining terrace measures 30 square metres. It consists of a double bedroom with a 1.50 x 2-meter double bed, two nightstands, a pouf, and a closet. There is a full bathroom with a shower. Open kitchen with a ceramic-glass cooktop, microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, and small appliances, as well as all necessary kitchenware. Dining area that seats 4 people and a living room with an armchair, ottoman, floor lamp, and TV with internet connection (fiber-optic up to 1 Gb symmetrical).
The terrace has outdoor chairs for 4 people, a side table, two lounge chairs, a hosepipe, and a cabinet with a washing machine.

The complex has a swimming pool, which is currently undergoing renovations and is not available for use.

Upon request, guests may use the storage room to store sports equipment or other belongings; however, the owner is not liable for any damage or loss.
