Located just 5 minute’s drive (or a 30 minutes walk) to Coventry city centre, Anglian Retreat boasts 4 bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, two modern bathrooms and a generous sized garden.
Sleeping up to 8 guests, it’s the perfect getaway for families, groups of friends or for those working in the area.
The house comes with free parking directly outside and has easy access to neighbouring towns and cities including Rugby, Warwick and Leicester.

🛌 Bed Configuration:
- Bedrooms 1 and 2 have zip-link beds which is configured as two single beds by default or can be zipped together to form a king size bed upon request.
- Bedrooms 3 and 4 have double beds.
🛁 Bedroom 1 has a private en-suite shower. There is an additional bathroom and a separate WC in the house.
🅿️ Free parking directly outside the house.
🏡 The house is fully furnished as a home away from home with the following key highlights:
✅ 24/7 self check-in via a lockbox
✅ Fully fenced private garden with outdoor seating provided during spring and summer
✅ 42’’ Smart TV with Netflix subscription included
✅ Free super-fast wifi
✅ Work desks in bedrooms 1 and 2 - perfect for those working or studying from home

The house in a new build residential area on the south of Coventry with many points of interest located within walking distance / a short drive away.
Walking - many points of interest are within walking distance from the house including Coventry city centre.
Car - easy access to A45, M45 and M6. The property has free street parking directly outside of the property which is free of charge and unrestricted.
Bus - there is a bus stop located 3 mins walk away.. We recommend looking on the Arriva website for full information on their bus routes and timetable.
Taxi - we recommend using Veezu or Allens Taxis. Uber also operates in the area.
