Step into a stunning, open-concept living area where natural sunlight pours in, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. This apartment is thoughtfully designed for family holidays or working getaways, blending modern style with ultimate convenience. After a day of coastal adventures, sink into the cozy sofa to watch the sunset, enjoy a show on the Smart TV, or gather for a fun family game night. A dedicated workspace is also available for those needing to stay connected.

Living Area: Comfortable sofa suite (converts to a double bed), 44" Smart TV, children's books, toys, and board games.
Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, from a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner. It includes a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Tassimo coffee maker, and all necessary cookware and dinnerware.
Sleeping Arrangements: The apartment comfortably sleeps up to 4 adults and 2 children. The family bedroom features one king-size bed and one set of short-length bunk beds. The living room sofa converts into a comfortable double bed. All are fitted with premium mattresses and linens for a restful night's sleep.
Bathroom: The modern, full bathroom includes a walk-in shower, vanity with mirror, and a hair dryer. We provide fresh towels and essential toiletries for your convenience.

Quality Assured: This apartment is officially rated 3-Star by Tourism Northern Ireland, an independent certification that assures you of quality, cleanliness, and comfort.
Health and Safety: Your health is our top priority. The apartment undergoes a thorough professional cleaning after each check-out. For your peace of mind, the property is also equipped with a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.
Family-Friendly: We welcome families! A high chair, children’s dinnerware, books, and toys are provided. A travel crib is also available upon request for an additional charge.
Extended Stays: For longer stays, housekeeping services during your visit can be arranged for an additional fee. Please inquire for details.

I am delighted to welcome you to beautiful Portrush. Originally from County Antrim, I've lived on the stunning North Coast for over 15 years. My journey began as a Chartered Accountant, but I soon realised that being behind a desk wasn't for me. In 2008, I took a leap and started renting out properties full-time, and I haven't looked back since. Looking forward to hosting you and making your visit to Portrush a wonderful experience!

The apartment is nestled on the stunning Causeway Coast in Northern Ireland, in the very heart of Portrush, a charming seaside town known for its breathtaking natural beauty, rich history, and vibrant atmosphere. Portrush is renowned for its pristine sandy beaches, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and surfing. Rugged cliffs frame East Strand and West Strand beaches and offer stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. Stroll along the coastline and soak in the dramatic scenery, or embark on a more adventurous hike to explore hidden coves and rocky outcrops. Golf enthusiasts will be delighted by the Royal Portrush Golf Club, one of the world's most prestigious courses. This renowned golf club has hosted numerous championships, including The Open, and offers a challenging yet rewarding experience for players of all skill levels.
