This beautifully furnished ski-in/ski-out duplex apartment is ideally situated in the heart of Oz, boasting stunning views of the slopes. Perched on the chalet's ridge, it offers a spacious and inviting ambiance. Adjacent to the Oz slopes, the ski school, and close to the ski lifts, it provides direct access to the expansive ski areas of Alpe d'Huez Grande Ski Domaine and Oz - Vaujany, featuring a peak altitude of 3300 meters and over 250 km of slopes catering to all skill levels.The apartment extends over two floors, providing a spacious and well-furnished area that comfortably accommodates 6-8 guests.

The property boasts an open-plan kitchen with a dining space, fully furnished for those passionate about cooking, and a cozy living room equipped with a fireplace and balcony access. This allows one to enjoy the breathtaking views of the mountains and ski slopes in the afternoon.

The accommodation includes three double bedrooms, each furnished with duvets (1 double and rest single) and pillows. Additionally, the living room houses two sofa beds to accommodate two more guests. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. In total, the apartment contains three bathrooms (one with a bathtub and two with showers) and a washbasin, plus two separate toilets. Direct access to the ski slopes is provided, and a private ski locker is available on the second floor of the building.

Towels and bed linen are not included in the base tariff; you may bring your own or rent them (12€ per person for bed linen and 6€ for two towels).
Guests enjoy exclusive use of the apartment and share only the sauna, pool, and gym with other guests at Chalet des Neiges, which are situated in the neighboring building, just 50 meters away. Closed on Saturdays for cleaning and maintenance.

About the Village:
Oz en Oisans is a charming, intimate ski resort equipped with ample amenities for an enjoyable stay. The use of a car is not required as the village boasts restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, a butcher, a bakery, and even childcare facilities and a launderette. The apartment is situated in the village center, a car-free zone. Parking is free. You can also park your car in the Public Parking Garage (Roubier), which costs around 50€ per week).
A lift from the parking area brings you to the main street, and from there, the apartment is accessible by stairs.
