O Apartamento Carvoeiro By the Sea 1 é um refúgio acolhedor e moderno, situado numa localização privilegiada a apenas 100 m da Praia do Carvoeiro. A ampla sala de estar em plano aberto é o coração deste espaço, oferecendo um ambiente luminoso e relaxante, com um confortável sofá e uma decoração contemporânea que convida a momentos de repouso ou convívio em família.



O apartamento, totalmente situado no mesmo piso, dispõe de três quartos espaçosos: um quarto principal com cama de casal e casa de banho privativa, e dois quartos com camas de solteiro, perfeitos para famílias ou grupos de amigos. Há ainda uma casa de banho comum com chuveiro, garantindo o máximo de conforto e praticidade durante a estadia.



A cozinha integra-se de forma harmoniosa com a sala, criando um ambiente funcional e acolhedor, ideal para preparar e partilhar refeições no conforto do lar.



No exterior, dois terraços partilhados complementam a experiência. O terraço inferior conta com uma mesa de jantar e zona de estar, perfeito para relaxar ou saborear refeições ao ar livre. O terraço superior oferece uma encantadora vista para o mar, onde poderá aproveitar o pôr do sol e momentos tranquilos com uma bebida na mão.



A poucos passos de lojas, restaurantes e do Passadiço de Carvoeiro, este apartamento é o ponto de partida perfeito para desfrutar do melhor que o Algarve tem para oferecer.



Esta propriedade é self-catered. Para maior comodidade, podem ser reservados cabazes alimentares (custo adicional) com antecedência.

Modern comfort just steps from the beach!

We loved the apartment, and the outdoor spaces were absolutely wonderful. Being located just 100 metres from Praia do Carvoeiro beach was an absolute dream, and having everything on one single level made the apartment incredibly accessible and convenient. The open-plan living room and kitchen area is brilliantly bright and modern, and the three bedrooms provided excellent space for our group. We particularly loved the shared terraces—the lower one was perfect for outdoor dining, and the upper terrace offers a spectacular sea view for relaxing at sunset.

Perfect for a Family Holiday

Perfect Spot for a Beach Holiday

Our stay was amazing from start to finish. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very well equipped. The terraces were wonderful for relaxing in the evening, and the location couldn&amprsquot have been better, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Great Stay Close to the Beach

Bright and cozy stay by the sea

We loved our time in this modern and welcoming apartment. The living areas were bright and the outdoor terraces offered stunning views of the sea. Perfect Beachside Escape!

We had an amazing stay at Apartment Carvoeiro By the Sea 1. The location is unbeatable—just a 2-minute walk to the beach and close to great restaurants. The apartment was spacious, clean, and the open living area was perfect for relaxing after a day out. The upper terrace with sea views was a highlight, great for enjoying a drink while watching the sunset. With its prime location and comfortable amenities, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to explore Carvoeiro!

Perfect Family Getaway in the Heart of Carvoeiro

We absolutely loved our stay at Carvoeiro By the Sea 1! The location couldn’t be better, just a short stroll from the beach, shops, and several amazing restaurants. It’s the perfect base to explore the town without needing a car. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The layout worked perfectly for our family of five, with three well-sized bedrooms, including one lovely en-suite room. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the open-plan living area felt very homey. What made our stay even more special were the two terraces. The upper terrace has a beautiful sea view, ideal for enjoying a glass of wine at sunset. The lower terrace was great for our family dinners and relaxing after a day at the beach. Highly recommend this apartment for families or groups looking for comfort, great amenities, and a prime location in Carvoeiro. We’ll definitely be back!

Great location and apartment, some shortcomings

We really enjoyed our time in this apartment, but there were some things that they should improve. First, the beds were rock hard - they must be the cheapest mattresses. There's also items missing that I would expect a VRBO to have when you're staying for multiple days (salt/pepper, dish soap, more than 2 rolls of toilet paper, paper towels). There was also little communication on items that I expect - for instance, where to take the garbage/recycling if needed (there's public garbage and recycling apparently).At the time we visited, parking 2 blocks away was readily available, but may not be so in the busy season. The location was super close to the beach, restaurants, and stores, and that was great.

Total Disregard for Guests

The location was amazing and the apartment would have been great had it not been for the stink caused by plumbing issues. When we arrived we could smell a slightly unpleasant odour. after coming back from a walk and dinner the smell was terrible. We informed the owners that we felt they had a plumbing problem and they should send a plumber to fix the faulty trap in the in the ensuite bathroom. They asked if we had checked the drain in the shower, we told them we had not even used that shower because the stench was so bad. The owner then agreed to send a cleaner who simply masked the smell. We had checked the shower and the floor wasn't wet. We let the owner know that the smell had only been masked. They said that the tide caused the smell. We discoverd the only way we could control the smell was to run the water in the shower every 3-4 hours to fill the trap. If we left the unit for more than 4-5 hours the smell was horrible. We had to get up 2-3 times a night to run water in the shower to prevent the smell from returning. we were all suffering with headaches and nausea. We asked again for a plumber and they refused. We asked to be relocated, they refused. We asked for a reduction in our rate they refused. we asked VRBO to provide a resolution/refund and they made a lame excuse about their IT systems not integrating. We did not have the money to just walk away and find another place, both Algarve Vacation Rentals and VRBO let us down. Stay away from both of these companies.
