The Space:
Welcome to your peaceful and comfortable 2-bedroom urban retreat in the heart of Brisbane's hip, chic, and laid-back Newstead! Set high in the attractive Aqua building, this quiet and bright apartment is designed to impress with stunning city views from floor-to-ceiling windows. Enjoy year-round comfort with ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans, plus a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival.

APARTMENT FEATURES:
* Open Plan Living & Dining: Relax in the open-plan living area featuring a 4-seater dining table and a 55-inch 4K Smart TV with Netflix. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows allow you to soak in the incredible city views.
* Fully-Equipped Kitchen: A gourmet kitchen with modern appliances, stone benchtops, a dishwasher, and a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee.
* Main Bedroom: Features a comfortable king bed (can be split into two singles by prior request), quality linen, a large mirrored wardrobe, and both ducted air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
* Second Bedroom: Includes a queen bed (can also be split into two singles by prior request), quality linen, a large wardrobe, and its own climate controls. This room also features a dedicated workspace with a desk and lamp, perfect for remote work.
* Bathroom: A modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, and thick, fluffy towels. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a hairdryer are provided.
* Convenience: The apartment includes an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer, fast Wi-Fi, and an intercom system.

As our guest, you will have full, private use of the entire 2-bedroom apartment. You also have full access to the fantastic shared building facilities, which include:
