Luxurious apartment in a secure and well-located residence in Sidi Daoud, La Marsa. This accommodation is tastefully decorated and fully equipped. The apartment can accommodate 6 people. The master suite features a king-size bed and a Jacuzzi bathtub. The living room has a lovely small terrace. The apartment is located 5 minutes from Carthage, the Berges du Lac, and downtown La Marsa. Perfect accommodation for an ultra-comfortable stay.
This 188m2 apartment consists of:
- The entrance to the block is secured, and tenants can only access it with a badge. The apartment door is reinforced.
- An ultra-comfortable living room with a 3-seater sofa and 2 single armchairs
- A Sony Smart TV with Netflix account and a soundbar
- A dining area with 4 chairs and a designer bench
- A covered terrace with no vis-à-vis
- A guest bathroom
- The kitchen is fully equipped: stove, hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, washing machine, dryer, etc...

Sidi Daoud is a neighborhood of La Marsa, which is one of the chicest cities in the northern suburbs of Tunis. The apartment is strategically located equidistant from downtown La Marsa, Carthage, and Sidi Bou Said, as well as the Berges du Lac. Guests will find grocery stores, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and sports facilities within a few meters of the residence.
For groceries, guests can walk. To explore the city, guests can simply stroll through the downtown areas of La Marsa, Carthage, and Sidi Bou Said (15-20 minutes walk). There are many taxis circulating in front of the avenue where the residence is located, so guests can easily find transportation.
